Project Management

       Our team members have been working on projects since the beginning of their careers, therefore Project Management is a natural part of our DNA. Our proficiency is backed by international project management certificates but we believe that our biggest asset is our Hands On experience. Beyond theory, we've been through scope re-definitions, design fails, tough CQV's and risks materialising in the field, so we understand complexity of projects and we know how to connect the worlds of good practice with actual project life, supported by good communication. We are also proud of having experience in building new organizations in the site country from scratch and implementing various company standards regarding environmental health and safety, maintenance, organization structure and overall operational procedures. We have managed all sort of projects from automated production machinery, through to brownfield and greenfield construction for various industry sectors.
