FAT/SAT

Whenever it is a new or retrofit system it is always neccessary to properly run checks if everything is working according the design and end user specification. That is why FAT/SAT (IQ/OQ/PQ) has to be performed. We can help with setting up the procedures, protocols, conduct tests, review and approve final results.

Works supervision

In a fast changing world with high customer expectations in terms of construction time, it is crucial to have proper work supervision and planning. Our experience in various EPC projects give us opportunity to minimize  installation time, apply the "right at the first time" approach and take immediate action on resolving all types of issues if they appear. We cover all stages of construction, starting with material receive verification procedures, installation, cabling, testing, validation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and ending with handover together with quality compliance.

Design review

If you have your own design team or design is carried out by an external subcontractor, sometimes it might be necessary to double check or coordinate their work. We offer complete design review - starting from checking initial assumptions, going through all calculations, equipment specification, coordinating suppliers/subcontractors and ending with quality document verification.

Prefabrication

​We have capabilities for prefabrication of control cabinets, junction boxes, specialized cabinets, including custom setups. We maintain the highest industry standards during prefabrication, we conduct all necessary tests and establish protocols to avoid any errors.
